Our games are designed to be supported by retailers who actively help customers discover, understand, and enjoy them. To support long-term brand development, we operate a selective retail approach.
Retailer expectations
We prioritise retailers who:
• present products clearly and accurately online or in-store
• provide helpful customer information or product knowledge
• support new releases appropriately
• maintain professional product listings and imagery
• stock a representative range of our titles
Launch support
For new releases, we may prioritise retailers who:
• participate in launch windows
• support demonstrations, promotion, or visibility
• maintain stable product availability
Distribution approach
We review our retail network periodically and may:
• limit the number of direct accounts
• prioritise specialist or engaged retailers
• supply some accounts via distributors instead of direct
Pricing
We may publish Recommended Retail Prices to help communicate brand positioning. These are non-binding and retailers remain free to set their own resale prices.
Account review
We reserve the right to review or discontinue supply to accounts where our distribution strategy or brand positioning would be better served through alternative arrangements.
This policy is applied consistently across our retail network.
